How to fix "Clock not in sync" error

About the error

This error can show up when your device's clock is "not in sync", this means that you device date and time doesn't match the actual world date & time.


To protect our game we need to ensure that you device is using the right date and time.




How to fix the error?

On Windows 10/11

  1. Click on clock and select “Change date and time settings”.
  2. Click on the “Internet Time” tab.
  3. Check if it is set to “synchronize the time with time.windows.com”
  4. If the option is selected, click on change settings to check the option “Synchronize with an Internet Time server”
  5. Click on OK.


On MacOS

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click General  in the sidebar, then click Date & Time on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)
  2. Turn on “Set time and date automatically”, click Set, then enter a network time server for your region.
  3. Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location”.


Default Time Server is:

time.apple.com

But you can also use:

pool.ntp.org

On iOS

From your home screen, navigate to Settings.

  1. Tap General.
  2. Tap Date & Time.
  3. Make sure that the option Set Automatically is turned on.


If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected. If the option is turned on and you're still experiencing the issue, please try to turn it off and on.

On Android

  1. Tap Settings to open the Settings menu.
  2. Tap Date & Time.
  3. Tap Automatic.


If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected. If the option is turned on and you're still experiencing the issue, please try to turn it off and on.
